Cadastre open data: what the dataset actually contains

Why it is worth attention: one of the few large state datasets with regular updates and reasonable documentation. For civic-tech projects it is a basic building block.
Limits: exports are per municipality (stitching is up to you), change history is hard to trace and some attributes carry different semantics than their name suggests.
